Wonderful Experience!

We had a very wonderful experience building our home, thanks to Kirby Chandler.  During the house hunting process, he was extremely helpful and patient.  He was also very flexible in meeting with us around our work schedules.  When we finally decided to build our home, Kirby was with us in all of our major builder meetings.  He is very knowledgeable in the current trends of home building and  resale features.  Most importantly to us, however, is Kirby's demeanor.  He is friendly, easy to talk to, and is a family man.  Since moving into our home, Kirby has continued to check in with us.  We have recommended Kirby to everyone we have heard talking about selling, buying, or building a home.

Right from the start we knew that we wanted to build a new home.  Kirby was with us every step of the way.  He went with us to look at numerous models and was acquainted with many of the sales associates.  He offered advice and was extremely helpful and patient while we made our decision.  Once our choice was made, Kirby was at every meeting with the builder offering as much assistance as we needed.  He helped us to feel confident that we were getting the best deal and that all of our bases were covered.  Throughout the entire process, Kirby was extremely positive and easy going which made the experience more enjoyable for us.  We are truly grateful to him that we are in such a wonderful and beautiful home!

We first made contact with Kirby Chandler by calling on a realtor sign.  We have purchased eight homes in the past twenty-nine years, so from that initial phone conversation we knew we had found just what we look for in a Real Estate Agent.  His friendly, positive manner never wavered during the next three months that it took us to find our perfect home.  Even when we were about to compromise on a purchase that wasn´t exactly what we wanted, he encouraged us to hang in there until we found the right home.

Kirby was very flexible in scheduling.  He e-mailed us new listings sometimes on a daily basis, and would be up late in the evenings answering my e-mails. 

This search not only resulted in us finding a great home, but also finding a great friend in Kirby.  The entire process resulted in our complete satisfaction, as well as a lot of laughs along the way!
