Kirby met our needs, was fully invested in selling our house and went beyond the scope of his normal duties for us.

Kirby knows Frisco on a level very few others do - from builders and phases of neighborhoods to updated school zone lines. He's a strong negotiator who facilitates a smooth transaction. We purchased a property with Kirby's help. We had a knack for finding really lackluster homes and he patiently showed us whatever we wanted to see. All of the best properties we looked at were ultimately his suggestions. Kirby has a very discerning eye and was able to avoid properties that were photographed deceptively keep the showings productive. The property we ended up buying was one of his suggestions - the property was on the market long enough to have the seller motivated but the listing incorrectly identified the schools in the listing. In the 2018 re-zone the schools were changed to be top shelf. We ended up getting a great deal on the price of the house and got all of the repairs we wanted performed by the seller. To get the most out of the process I would recommend putting together a list of the properties that show up on the daily email of ones you want to see - let him look at them. He'll give you his opinion on them politely and won't fight you if it's a bad property - he'll show you them anyway (Sorry kissed so many frogs Kirby!). If he says there's nothing good on the market that week - he's probably correct. We looked at a lot of houses with Kirby and a lot of people are basically trying to sell their homes as is at full market value and he won't waste your time on those.

Kirby was great! He had someone assist us with staging the home as well as professional photography for the listing. We put our house on the market, had multiple offers and had a contract for more than our asking price in less than a week. He also helped us negotiate a better deal with the builder on our new home. We would definitely use him again.
